Return Policy

SNOW-TEC RETURN POLICY:

Please contact Snow-Tec for all repairs and returns.

An (RGA#) Return Goods Authorization number will be provided for the return or repair.

This must be done within 10 days of receiving your order.

Returns made without an RGA authorization or requested outside the 10 day period will not be accepted or refunded.

Returns will be accepted only if the product has been damaged due to carrier negligence upon receipt of shipment.

Instructions for return:

  1. Call Snow-Tec to have an RGA# provided for your return.
  2. All products being returned should be in the original packaging from Snow-Tec.
  3. This includes all manuals and charts provided in the original order.
  4. If this is not possible please tell us why.
  5. Packaging must be secure and the RGA# clearly marked on the packaging.
  6. All returns without an RGA# will forfeit any reimbursement of funds.
  7. Please make sure your return is insured and shipped using UPS, FEDEX, DHL or USPS.
  8. Make sure to include your name, return address, contact phone # and the RGA# in the package.

Snow-Tec reserves the right to repair, replace or issue a refund.

Shipping and handling charges will apply to ship the repaired or replaced product.

If a refund is requested it will be for the full price of the product less the shipping and handling charges.

Snow-Tec will not be responsible for lost or mis-shipped packages.
